Rates follow your actual arrival time. The start of each new window applies immediately, including 9:30 pm, 10 pm, 10:30 pm and 11:30 pm where listed.
Amounts marked full cover are redeemable against food and drinks. Stag rates are entry charges. Reserved table covers are redeemable against food and drinks.
Payment does not confirm your booking. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive a separate confirmation from Heyou.
If Heyou cannot confirm your paid booking, you will receive a full refund, regardless of the 6 pm cancellation cutoff.
Friday and Saturday entry and table-cover payments are refundable if you cancel before 6 pm IST on the booking date. Guest cancellations at or after 6 pm and no-shows are non-refundable.
To cancel, message Heyou on WhatsApp with your booking reference before the deadline. The team will process eligible refunds; sending a message does not itself complete a refund.
